What should I do before I staying or moving overseas?
If you have already traveled to one of the affected countries, please refer to the "Procedures upon your return to Japan" and "Precautions" at the bottom of this page.
Please be advised that access to our services will be partially or completely restricted, if a user travels to these countries and attempts to access our services.

We may send you a confirmation email based on your usage status. If you do not respond by the deadline, we may restrict your use of the service.
If your account has been restricted, please contact us using one of the following methods to have your account reactivated.
- Please enter your response to the "confirmation e-mail" sent by us and send it back to us.
- Contact us using the mail form at the bottom of this page under "お問い合わせはこちら”. Please log in to Coincheck when contacting us.
Please note that the Coincheck app (iOS/Android) is only available in Japan and cannot be downloaded (including new and updated versions) outside of Japan.
Procedures upon returning to Japan
Please log in to your account again in Japan.
(1) Log in to Coincheck and provide the following information
Please log in to your Coincheck account in Japan and while logged in, contact us using the inquiry form and provide the following information.
Please select "If you return to Japan" for the type of inquiry.
Please provide the following information
- Name of destination country:
- Length of stay: YYYY/MM-YYYY/MM
- Purpose of trip (e.g. travel, work, study abroad, etc.):
- Have you returned to Japan: Yes/No
- Change in registered address: Yes/No
(2) If there is a change from the registered address
