How should I report if I have six or more tax residence countries excluding Japan?
If you have six or more tax residence countries other than Japan,
we apologize for the inconvenience, but please provide the information
listed below for each tax residence country from the sixth onward
(excluding the five countries that you have registered or
plan to register in the system) and contact us via the inquiry form.

- Log in to your Coincheck account.
- While logged in, access the [inquiry form].
- Under “Type of inquiry”, select “Submission of tax residence country names and taxpayer identification numbers, etc.”
- Copy the content below and fill it in the inquiry details field for each applicable country.
[Information to report (sixth and subsequent countries excluding Japan)]
Note: If more than one country applies,
please copy the format below for each country and fill it in the inquiry details field.
- Tax residence country name
- Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)
- If you cannot provide your TIN, the reason (see note below)
- (a) You have not been issued a TIN by your tax residence country
- (b) Its laws prohibit providing the TIN to third parties
- If your tax residence country and your country of address (place of residence) are different, the reason
(Note) You only need to select a reason if you cannot provide your TIN.
