On the Coincheck Exchange, the Exchange status is displayed on the Exchange screen to provide information about its operational status.

The Exchange API returns the Exchange status and the availability of each transaction based on that status.

The following table shows each status and whether or not a trade can be ordered.

Notes

• Market orders cannot be traded in Itayose status. Stop loss orders will be executed sequentially at the execution price after the Itayose process is completed.
• If the timing of your trade coincides with the timing of the status change, your trade may not be accepted.

Behavior of our service outage according to each status

• In the event of a BTC/JPY board suspension, the exchange rate display and trading of all issues, as well as the purchase of new orders on margin, will be temporarily suspended in consideration of the impact on our internal market impact and liquidity.
• In the event of a suspension of the BTC/JPY exchange, the Exchange will temporarily suspend the display of rates, transactions, and purchases of accumulations for the relevant issues, taking into account the impact on our internal market impact and liquidity.
